1. Gym Terms

By accessing and using our fitness premises (referred to as "Kaali Strength") or associated tenant fitness brands, you agree to abide by:

2. Payment Terms

A. Pay in Person

If you choose Pay in Person at checkout:

  • Your membership or service order will remain inactive until full payment is made
  • You must visit the selected Kaali Strength facility during operating hours to complete your payment
  • You will not be entitled to use membership services until the payment is confirmed
B. Online Payment
  • Upon completing an online payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email
  • If you used guest checkout, updates will be sent to the email provided during payment
  • For detailed invoices, please contact our team after payment

Need the invoice under a company or third-party name? Contact us via WhatsApp or email with the details post-payment.

C. Refund Policy
  • Online payments made via kaalistrength.com or affiliated apps are generally non-refundable
  • In case of incorrect charges or duplicate payments, please notify us immediately
  • Kaali Healthcare Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to grant full, partial, or no refund based on case review
  • Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 5 working days, subject to proper order verification

  • Membership fees are non-refundable. Non-usage of gym facilities or services does not qualify for early termination or any type of refund. Your personal level of gym usage has no impact on the agreed payment terms.
  • Kaali Strength and its partner facilities are not responsible for tracking or notifying members about their usage frequency. It is the member's responsibility to utilize the services offered.
  • A Time Hold option is available for annual memberships only, subject to an additional fee of ₹1,500. The Time Hold period must be:
    • Minimum: 2 weeks
    • Maximum: 2 months
  • If desired, a member may transfer their membership to another individual, who will then fulfill the remaining term. This is subject to an administration fee of ₹2,500.
  • Kaali Strength and its partner gyms reserve the right to revoke or terminate any membership without prior notice in cases of:
    • Violation of gym rules or conduct
    • Behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe by staff
    • Breach of the terms outlined in this agreement

Kaali Strength ("we", "our", or "us") operates multiple mobile applications for our partner fitness centers and gym brands. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use any of our mobile apps.

This policy applies to all apps developed and maintained by Kaali Strength, including but not limited to:

  • CrossFit Kaali
  • CrossFit Bold Heart
  • CrossFit Myden
  • OSAAT Fitness
